Delete your Amitié Artisan account

You can request deletion of your account and its associated data without reinstalling the app.

1. In the app: open “My account”, then “Information” and “Delete my account”. Read the confirmation before proceeding.
2. On the website: open the deletion form and confirm your identity with your usual sign-in details.

The deletion workflow covers the account, its profiles and products, relationships, favourites and photos that are not shared with other accounts.

If automatic deletion is unavailable or a subscription or paid entitlement is active, contact our team to request deletion and decide how that subscription should be handled. Never send your password.
