Privacy policy

Last updated: 24 August 2026.

This policy explains which data AMITIE ARTISAN uses, why it uses them and how you can exercise your rights. It applies to visitors, account holders and professionals who publish a profile on the platform.

1. Data controller and contact

AMITIE ARTISAN, a SASU with share capital of 1,000 euros and registered office at Le Paquis, 3 rue du Chêne Jean Queue, 08160 Étrépigny, is the controller of the processing described in this policy.

For questions about your personal data or to exercise your rights, you can write to support@amitie-artisan.fr.

2. Data we use

Depending on how you use the website, we may process the following categories of data:

• Account data: email address, technical identifier and information needed for authentication.

• Professional profile data: business name, activity, contact details, address, opening hours, descriptions, photographs, products and information you choose to publish.

• Subscription data: profile type, payment status, expiry date and technical payment identifiers.

• Contact data: the content of messages sent to support and information needed to respond.

• Technical data: information needed for the platform to function properly, remain secure, diagnose errors and improve.

3. Purposes and legal bases of processing

We use these data to create and secure accounts, display published profiles and content, manage subscriptions, process payments, respond to contact requests, prevent fraud and maintain website security.

Depending on the circumstances, these processing activities are based on performance of the contract with the user, compliance with legal obligations, AMITIE ARTISAN’s legitimate interest in securing and improving its services, or consent where required, particularly for certain tracking technologies.

4. Publicly visible data

Information added to a published profile is intended to be publicly available, including the business name, activity, professional contact details, address, opening hours, products, photographs and descriptions. Do not publish personal information that is not relevant to your professional activity.

When a subscription expires, the profile is removed from public search results. It remains available in the account holder’s customer area for management and, where applicable, renewal.

5. Service providers and recipients

Data are accessible to authorized AMITIE ARTISAN personnel and, where necessary to operate the service, to its technical providers. Depending on their role, these providers act on our behalf or as independent data controllers.

• Supabase: authentication, database and storage of uploaded files.

• Stripe: secure payment processing. Full bank card details are entered directly with Stripe.

• Algolia: indexing and searching published profiles.

• Sentry: detection, diagnosis and correction of technical errors.

• Vercel: website hosting and delivery.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union. In such cases, the appropriate safeguards required by applicable regulations are implemented by the provider concerned or under the applicable contractual framework.

6. Retention periods

Account and profile data are retained for as long as necessary to provide the service. They may then be deleted, anonymized or archived when retention remains necessary to meet a legal obligation, manage a payment, prevent fraud or establish evidence of a right.

Records needed for accounting and legal obligations are retained for the periods required by law. Technical data are retained for a period appropriate to their security and diagnostic purposes.

7. Your rights

Subject to the conditions laid down by law, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. You may also withdraw your consent at any time where processing is based on it.

To exercise a right, write to support@amitie-artisan.fr and specify your request and the email address associated with your account. Proof of identity may be requested only where necessary to avoid disclosure to an unauthorized person.

Removing access to an account through the website does not automatically remove data that must be retained for a legal obligation or payment management. For a full erasure request or any question about data linked to a profile, contact support.

If, after contacting us, you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

8. Cookies and other tracking technologies

The website uses cookies or similar technologies strictly necessary for authentication, security and maintaining a session. They cannot be disabled without preventing some features from working properly.

If tracking technologies requiring consent are added, they will be placed only after that consent has been obtained through a dedicated interface. You will then be able to change your choice at any time.

9. Updates to this policy

This policy may change as services, practices or regulations evolve. The last-updated date identifies the applicable version.
